Within walking distance of a small mall with restaurants if you know the shortcut. Very comfortable and a great staff. So comfortable I extended another day. -
Very cheap and a nice breakfast (hard boiled eggs, sausage links, pancake, cereal, and some sort of pastry. )

the pool and the hotel was VERY easy to find. a Waffle House and Gas station were very close by. The employees were VERY friendly. -
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but could have had a better variety of items and some fresh fruit.

Really appreciated the option from the hostess that checked us in for a room in the lower or the higher floors. Also appreciated having a refrigerator in our room which helped accommodate our needs. Didn't gettouse the Starbucks kiosk, but it was nice knowing we had it in our room. My fiance forgot to pack several undergarments and it was nice to

We were greeted by Xavier Lafayette Fox who was so pleasant and accommodating. The front desk staff member, Angelique was courteous and friendly. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure. The room was very clean. The best was the most comfortable I've stayed in EVER. The breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced and included the usual (omelet bar, fruit, yogurt, sausage, bacon, eggs, french toast, oatmeal, and cold cereal).

Friendly, courteous, staff. Spacious room. Like wash basin separated from toilet and shower, allows efficient grooming when two people need to be ready at the same time! Like the coffee shop on-site!!!!! -

Good continental breakfast-the lady working the first am was very
enthusiastic & friendly. Very comfortable bedding. Love the sofa
bed/TV area separated from our sleep area-perfect for our teenage
daughter! Quiet hotel. Nice to able to park almost at the front door.
Loved the Mexican restaurant on site-able to walk there and not go out

Very helpful and friendly...fabulous staff at breakfast ! The hotel was
full - and one room was rather noisy - however the staff knocked on
their door and quietened them down - it was handled very professionally.
Next time I'm in Roanoke I will stay here...

the reception from Kahlid was warm & exceptionally gracious.
The pool was great for our girls who needed to burn some energy. The room was inviting, clean & restful. -
The bed was fabulous and it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We traveled with dogs and it's wonderful they take dogs for only a $15.00 fee.

We were large family and booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms available first night were extremely stinking bad, which we complained to the management who promised change in the morning. The rooms allotted the second day were very neat, well kept and prepared very comfortable for us. The manager was extremely helpfull -
