1) Needs a fitness center.
2) More attention on bathroom cleanliness. I had hairs in the corner of the the tub on the floor. I am freaked out by hair, and this looked like pubic hair.
Other than that, the hotel was great. Our team stays here every year for the church tournament in roanoke. -

Friendly, courteous, staff. Spacious room. Like wash basin separated from toilet and shower, allows efficient grooming when two people need to be ready at the same time! Like the coffee shop on-site!!!!! -

Good continental breakfast-the lady working the first am was very
enthusiastic & friendly. Very comfortable bedding. Love the sofa
bed/TV area separated from our sleep area-perfect for our teenage
daughter! Quiet hotel. Nice to able to park almost at the front door.
Loved the Mexican restaurant on site-able to walk there and not go out
driving

Very helpful and friendly...fabulous staff at breakfast ! The hotel was
full - and one room was rather noisy - however the staff knocked on
their door and quietened them down - it was handled very professionally.
Next time I'm in Roanoke I will stay here...

The check-in process was fantastic! The desk clerks were extremely friendly and accommodative! The hotel location was an excellent..easy access to I-81. If in the area again, will definitely stay there! -

The front desk clerk was personable, very friendly & helpful. My room (Room 112, which happened to be a handicapped access room) was spacious & the bathroom was enormous. The room & bathroom were very clean. I appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, as I had a cat with me. I also liked that the front desk clerk gave me a list of a

I also saw that she kept
the dinning room clean, that
was extra work, she always had
a smile on her face! We stayed 3 nights so it was nice to feel
comfortable, almost like being home!
