Location is great if you need an airport hotel It's clean, you will

Shuttle service, check-out rapide - Free transfer to and from the airport 24/7 . Nice staff. Great choice in breakfast. Flightschedule in receptionhall on tv. Free internet. Modern version of complimentary soap/shampoo etc. - Clean, neat, efficient service, excellent pizza and fruit plate via room service, quiet, convenient to airport, etc.

The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.
Music, restaurants, bars, movie theater, mall with food court all within

comfortable mattress, friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and
restaurant on site if you wanted to stay indoors. Clean pool area for
the family -
People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

There was plenty of space in our King bedroom suite for our family of 3:
2 children & 1 adult. There was a kitchen sink, another
sink/mirror in the main bedroom & a sink inside the bathroom.
For 3 females, it was perfect. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel
with easy access to the Blue Line which takes you directly into downtown

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. (Read negative first)
However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience. The bad thing with the Embassy Suites is that you could still smell smoke in the room even though the

We had a 18 hour overnight layover in Chicago and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They set up an in room couples massage and room service was amazing!

We had stayed there 6 weeks ago at the beginning of our trip and were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel. That's why we stayed there again as our trip came to an end. -

It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was
very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic
and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. To
get to the O'hare airport is just 15' with the free shuttle
available. -

The comforter is super soft, thick and comfortable! They even have extra blankets. Better than what I had in some of the four star hotels.
It's in a quiet location, and I like the fact that it has a large front yard and does not face the road directly. -

The cleaning staff were so nice and polite. much nicer then the front desk. My room was clean and warm. My kids had fun in your swimming pool. -
The beds were comfortable. The room seemed clean, but in the morning my daughter had bites of some kind all over her neck. No one else did though. The pool was warm.

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -
