Friendliness of staff. My son had shoulder surgery. We needed to stay one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew were very aware of our needs and helpful.
Great hotel for value and convenience to downtown Cincy and Northern KY cities. I will come back to this hotel for a visit to the Creation Museum

I loved the staff and the rooms were very comfortable, clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot, I just loved it the pool and spa and hot tub I give a A++++, I would recommend any one to stay there I had kids ages 1 year to 21 years.. I will be staying there again for all my Kings Island trips -

The rooms were very modern. There were book lights on each side of the bed. The decorating was warm and inviting. The lobby was festive and decorated nicely for the holidays. -
Rooms were very modern and clean. Beds were queen-size (not full-size) and comfortable. Good breakfast, which was included in the very reasonable rate. Good location.

Room was clean, comfortable. Lucky that we got a room on the non expressway side, because THE OTHER SIDE IS VERY CLOSE TO THE HWY AND NOISY.

The room was as always excellent, front desk helpful and friendly. Slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. Great variety for breakfast. In a previous review I asked for more diabetic friendly foods-I should have asked the front desk. The breakfast does have scrambled eggs, as well as sugarfree syrup. -

I could tell the hotel attracted older clientele. It was clean and
spacious and the breakfast was great with a nice little common seating
area. Our room was wheelchair accessible which while we didn't need
it, I was impressed they had. We arrived late from travelling so it was
nice to not have to worry about a dirty hotel room or leaving the site

The staff were all very friendly...from desk clerk to breakfast crew...everyone had a smile and friendly greeting. The room and common areas were very clean; breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles besides the common fare. Desk clerk even provided a print out of area eateries and directions to them. I appreciated the attention to all the little details to make a traveler feel welcome and comfortable...even popcorn in the evening!

It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice. It was very close to a waffle house for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast was pretty pricey. -

Everything! My room (1503) at 15th floor, was actually huge living room,
kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and wonderful apartment,
not a hotel room you would expect. Room was great, the view was great,

We loved the views from the 14th floor.They were awesome! We're native Cincinnatians, and it's fun to see downtown from a new perspective. We could see the new murals created by Charley Harper, and the mural dedicated to Marthat, the last carrier pigeon from the Cincinnati zoo. This hotel room was so spacious,
