This was my first stay at a double tree and it was great. The room was
clean and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome
especially with the poolside movie. The staff was great and very

I particularly liked the restaurant, the staff and the menu. On Friday,
Feb 22 my nephew, his wife and two month old baby joined my partner and
I for dinner. We stayed long after closing hours and the staff were
pleasant, accommodating and didn't rush us. It was great. -

Heat system worked well (option of more or less heat, instead of having
the ac kick in when set below 72ºf). Blanket was about the right thickness-
warmth. Check in front desk clerk honored request for a quiet room, high
floor and away from the elevator! :-) -

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier.
The staff at the front desk were great, they have a shuttle to the airport and easy access to the pool for a quick dip. -

How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). - I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments.

The room was very clean and comfortable. You could tell they really take cleanliness seriously-which is a good thing. The flat screen tv had all kinds of free cable channels to choose from which was great and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! All in all I would stay there again for the value, the cleanliness, and pleasant

The floors were wood so the room smelled very nice. Room was exactly as
the pictures online. Outside is still being remodeled but the rooms are
very nice and clean. It was very close to downtown.

can walk their pet. Really enjoyed the room, clean, equipped, and nice

I stayed here for three nights with my husband and two little girls. I had an AWESOME stay! It's hard to find a budget-friendly hotel that is also comfortable enough to have two toddlers in. The staff was really friendly and the beds were so comfortable! We also had a huge jacuzzi tub that we really liked! I will definitely stay here again. -

Surprisingly even though our room was by the road side, the entire hotel was pretty quiet. It had hardwood floors, nice tv, great water pressure in the shower, and a microwave, stovetop and refrigerator in the room.

The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel.
