The room was really nice and so was the hotel. Very comfortable... The bathroom was really modern and spacious. Nice staff and people. Really enjoyed myself. The area was pretty decent. And an Improv down the street whichw as great. With LOTS of GREAT and upscale restaraunts. -

My girlfriend and I wanted to visit a place we never been this summer so we decided to visit Virginia Beach, VA. We had the king study and was a very nice room! I loved it. The staff was friendly. Loved the contemporary style of the hotel and furnishings. The room was huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept great. Great location with all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. -

The staff was great and really friendly and responsive. Our original room had an a/c leak and the bedroom floor was soaked. They immediately moved us to a large suite that was awesome! -

The staff were great. They accommodate our needs. we had the same problem of reserving the wrong day similar to what happened at Baily's Atlantic City. However, they were understanding and made the appropriate changes. The atmosphere was freindly. The Bar tender was too freindly too. Breakfast buffet was rich and lots of varieties. -

I feel that the Sheraton was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful. They were helpful with my group as my mother is handicapped and they provided us with valet parking and helped with out luggage. The customer service was awesome and the women and men working the desk were very very friendly. -

Incredible staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was
clean, nicely furnished and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a
problem with the ac in our first room but they immediately switched us
to a new room and even upgraded us! Location is convenient to lots of
things but still set back enough to feel a little secluded from the
city. Grounds are amazing and facilities at the hotel are great. For the
money this is a real find and I would certainly come back!
