My past experiences in Myrtle Beach were not good and though all hotels
were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a
long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant,
friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us
was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and

Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

I like that this resort is in a good location. I love the hot tubs and pool area with the basketball goal. I like that there is 4 elevatiors in this hotel so the wait is short and smooth. I also like that this hotel is within my price range and very affordable. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it more and more everytime I visit it.

The staff was very friendly. The pools were very clean. There were live bands at the pool on the weekend. It was a nice environment for families. - I could open the balcony door and see the ocean. The indoor pool was nice. The building was secure at night.

Lovely view from our room on the 12th floor, overlooking the beach and
ocean. Staff very attentive and responded quickly to issues we
reported...ie. Our fridge was freezing everything, no matter how we
adjusted the temp. Dial. They quickly replaced our fridge with another
unit which worked well. Indoor pool was so wonderful. -

There is a killer good resturant next door. The hotel on the other side
of the resturant has a pier that is open to the public. There is a par3
golf course on the other side of ocean drive. Located on the less

The weather was horrible for a beach vacation but there were hot tubs,
pool and lazy river inside we could go to and still enjoy. The location
was good because it was close to the boardwalk and the access to main
highways were straight down across the hotel. The Easter Scavenger Hunt

I loved that with 2 young kids we really didn't have to leave and spend more money for them to have fun. Great when you're on a budget. They had everything my kids love including the pools, lazy river, arcade and mini golf.

I loved all of the pools. The kiddie pool was a hit with my four year old daughter. There were three hot tubs, One outside and two inside. The bowling alley was really nice. They played great music videos that were kid friendly. The atmosphere was great and the prices were reasonable. I also loved my room. The view was amazing. We were on the highest floor with full oceanview. It was worth every penny extra to have that view. We could also see all of the outside pool areas from our ba

I was very impressed with the Bay View Resort. They allowed us to change our reservation shortly before our trip and don't even charge us for switching dates! It was wonderful. We only wish we had more time to spend there. Very clean and updated. Beautiful kitchen. Beds were comfortable. View from our balcony was awesome. We had absolutely no problems with the elevators or parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well definitely be staying there next year when we come!
