A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After
landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones
which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we
waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the
hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. The

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from
airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was
helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle
drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. -

Proximite aeroport - the layout of the hotel was very welcoming for the price...the staff was friendly and i felt at home there....im planning on staying there every month when i go to new york..the food was ummm umm good. i think i gained about 5 lbs in the 3 days i was there...lol...we really loved it... - nice lobby, friendly staff, free wireles

Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40
minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many
negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb.
Loved it. Was very friendly and hospitable. They totally nailed it. I

très bien situé, accès facile aux moyens de transpot, 30 minutes du centre de Manhattan, très pratique. - Staff was wonderful. Room was exceptionally clean. - It was convenient and it was clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good.

Concierge was very friendly and helpful. We were there for US Open & he gave info on transportation and tv viewing, as well as the great Spanish restaurant in the hotel. Spanish staff and food of restaurant delightful! AM desk concierge also beyond call of duty on offering assistance. Very nice beds too. -
I liked that it was near Bell Blvd.
