  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.   Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle.   We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. - Location - it was across the road from tour company pick-up / drop-off. Restaurant food very good

Good bagels at corner deli across the street. - The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into city. God bless, Pete Chen

  Comfort and quiet surroundings - Proximity to the airport and ease of getting in to the city. Also surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport, and shuttle driver was great.
