Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

I was stuck in Atlanta as I had missed my flight and I had to fly out the next morning. It was late and I was very tired...check in was fast and breakfast ordered came on time the next morning. It was a bright point in an otherwise horrible travel day -

Another crummy thunderstorm flight delay at Atlanta airport forced an

This is the place to stay. The staff is well trained in service and customer care. Kudos to the managers who trained this staff. I mention in particular a housekeeping lady, an older, Afro-American sweet lady who knocked on our door. She was so gracious and courteous. Often they are not. Exceptional hotel!

Tonisha frnt desk clerk was very very friendly. Referred us to Malone's for lunch & dessert was excellent like she said & she also made sure she told us to show our room key for a 15% discount. Everything was fine wish I has stayed longer!!!! -

As soon as we called the hotel for a shuttle upon arrival one was sent
for us. Next morning right on time (shuttles run every 30 minutes) we
left the hotel and the driver took us to international terminals,
instead of domestic, thus saving us good 20 minutes, which he did not
have to do and had a great attitude about it. Since the shuttle service

The hotel is 1 mile away from the airport and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean, and we were moved upon our request to a room with a fridge and microwave. This was our second stay and they kept our luggage safe. loved the free airport shuttle too

This hotel is a short shuttle ride away from the airport. The rooms come furnished with a coffee maker, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is a laundry facility there. It was very comfort and friendly.When I arrived I was very tired and hungry, had to very young children as well as a teenager that was hungry. The staff was friendly & helpful. My room was very nice. Microwave & fride in room. Beds were comfortable and for the price that made it very very worth the stay. I would've paid more. It was a last minute reservation & I received a great deal. I was nervous because of the price but it worked out great!!
