We stayed here one night, and although our experience was OK, we'd probably not stay here again. The rooms were a little out-dated, but clean. The shower's walls had some terrible pink marble design that looked like someone had smeared blood all over, so we didn't use the shower (too creepy). My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but it was very busy

The friendly and helpful staff and motel was very easy to det to from Hyh 25 and easy to navigate to and from.

Room 23 had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very retro-
looking, old-fashioned motel, right down to the 1950s-ea sign out front,
the kind of place I used to stay when I was a kid with my family.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the lady who ran the place was very

Great value for price. It is an old school motor coach motel with your own carport and an extra room that used to considered the "parents bedroom". Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, and provides a great stop for access to Pike's Peak and historic Goldfield.
Close, also, to the 29.

I liked that the employees accommodated our needs and were flexible regarding the hours we stayed. (From 11 am to 7:30 p.m.) I felt comfortable around them too. -

The staff were very pleasant. I had my two young daughters with me and I felt at ease letting them go to the front desk for things, letting them swim in the pool where the lady ensured I would be able to keep an eye on them from the room (and I could!) as well as having them get ice and extra towels. The price was very good. The location was easy to find, and the room was
comfortable and quiet. When I contacted the hotel about arriving later
in the day and possibly staying an extra night if needed, they were
prompt and courteous to accommodate me. The hotel manager even asked
upon checkout if I would be needing an extra night, which was nice of
him. I also liked the option of having a fresh waffle at breakfast.
Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
