The location, if you are flying to or from Bradley, is unbeatable and is just OK for the Hartford area generally. The staff are good, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean,smart and usable! -
For the price of $119.00 this was a great hotel and very convenient to
leave from the airport.

Our King room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
Breakfast Buffet on Saturday of stay was great.
Front Desk staff were Awesome; freindly and helpful.
Restaurant/Bar attached was really nice and food and staff both very good.
Coffee station in the lobby to augment the small supply in the room Terrific.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -
Convenient, comfortable and value for money stay for our trip to Six Flags New England. -

Short distance to our son's home with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. -
the staff was excellent, cheerful andd responsive. Havng the Metro Bis in house for dinner is a huge plus.

The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. I thought that the hotel was nice. I like the decor The rooms were large enough for a family of four.Food in the restaurant is excellent but expensive. -
Very clean and lovely. The person who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Great quality and the price was reasonable. Plan to return again soon.

I liked very much the beautiful breakfast nicely prepared! It was also very convenient to have a laundry facility. I would like to add that the hotel maid of that afternoon was very kind to point out the "ins and outs" of the laundry set up, taking the time to tell me how to get chane and detergent at the front desk. -

There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. Thanks to this helpful employee my evening was saved -

Everything was new, clean, and attractive. The rooms were really comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff (Victor and Tyra) were very helpful. Wifi is free. The location right near the highway is convenient if you are stopping off while traveling.
