The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   Our daughter is at Springfield College and we have been looking for a hotel that is close and nice ! We found it in this hotel . It has been totally remodeled . Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay . The staff (Victor and Tyra) were very helpful. Wifi is free. The location right near the highway is convenient if you are stopping off while traveling.

  This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.
