The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -

We were not there long, but we liked the convenience of the location, very comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Enjoyed breakfast by the fire. -
I was quite surprised by how comfortable and quiet the room was. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Short distance to our son's home with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. -
the staff was excellent, cheerful andd responsive. Havng the Metro Bis in house for dinner is a huge plus.

The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. Have stayed at few different local Hotels and Motels. Will like to return to this one on next trip. It has comfortable rooms, larger TV set, very nice and large Fitness room near the Indoor Pool. Great place to stay. Great location, great service, and VERY friendly stuff!!! Extremely clean and comfortable room with desk, refrigerator, microwave, couch, big screen TV, fully stocked bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in area.Nice continental breakfast was served. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this Regency Hotel!!!

I thought that the hotel was nice. I like the decor The rooms were large enough for a family of four.Food in the restaurant is excellent but expensive. -
Very clean and lovely. The person who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Great quality and the price was reasonable. Plan to return again soon.

I liked very much the beautiful breakfast nicely prepared! It was also very convenient to have a laundry facility. I would like to add that the hotel maid of that afternoon was very kind to point out the "ins and outs" of the laundry set up, taking the time to tell me how to get chane and detergent at the front desk. -

The location was absolutely perfect. Right off the highway but far enough away to not here traffic. Easy to get back on highway as well. Five minute walk to downtown. -
Location to event (XL Center) was perfect. Staff was exceptional.

There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. Thanks to this helpful employee my evening was saved -

The breakfast is huge could not believe it was free I would have paid for something that good anywhere else.
