Helen, the manager/hostess, welcomed me warmly and assisted with travel questions. She takes pride in running a clean, comfortable motel and making guests feel at ease. The property was well-lit at night and the room lighting was very good. The mattresses-all brand new-were quite comfortable. Carpeting was new and colorful. -

We were visiting relatives in the area and the location was excellent for our requirements - across the road from the Natick Mall and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Management and staff were excellent.

Room 326 had a view of trees, was quiet and let a soft breeze into the large comfortable Room.
We rested well and knew if we needed anything Gloria at the front desk would be most helpful.

They were very helpful because we stayed there only for 1 night and they already had prepared directions for us to go to the TD Banknorth Garden. It is in an excellent location.mexican and italian restaurant next door and shopping centre right across the rd . The hotel room was very large and comfortable and clean . The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was included and was perfect for first thing in the morning. If I was to stay in boston again I would stay in this hotel .

Pet-friendly was a huge plus for us! Also, I found the staff all was very personable and liked the way the hotel was set up with a courtyard for the pets, also made a nice area to just take a walk around the property. The cost was 1/2 of what my relatives were paying up the street and we enjoyed the privacy and hanging outside. -
