Amazing staff-- front desk and concierge. Really exceptional. Trudy checked us in and made our 85 year old friend feel comfortable--gave us adjacent rooms) Julianne very attentive. Concierge got our dinner reservation changed to earlier. we couldn't make that happen ourselves. All fantastic energy and attitudes.

When we checked you up graded us to a suite. A very pleasant surprise! I own a tourist business on the cape and most defiantly will promote your facility. I also enjoyed having the van waiting on the dock for a convenient way to the hotel.

We loved everything. The Taj was perfect for our stay. The staff was
very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions
about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino,
reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in
answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at
night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you
could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room,

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. the continental breakfast was lovely with delicious coffee cake and quiche. liked everything about this hotel except the stairs but only two flights and baggage was not a problem as the staff were helpful in getting the luggage to the room.
