  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes.   It was very reasonably priced for the location just a block from the beach and entertainment. It was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, your typical older functional motel room but it served the purpose well for the money and location.   I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time.   I thought the owners (husband & wife) were very friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. - The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).
