  Everything was very nice. It is a very charming hotel.   Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.
