  I really liked everything at this hotel. The front staff was very accomodating, the room and bath were meticulously clean and they were a very short drive to Hampton beach. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.

  Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. - everything, The staff was awesome, we had a problem arise with our ac... lo que la gente dice » unit. there was a new ac with in one hour, no questions asked. the entire staff was great. the location was one block from the beach. We will continue to stay there when ever we go up the Hampton Beach.
