The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen
tv in the sitting area. There is even an alarm clock that is
iPhone/iPod compatible for charging or playing music from your own
device

They give me a free upgrade because They don't have the room I book. it's really big and I think I was living in a room which had a capacity of 4 people... The staff are really nice!

This hotel is conveniently located. It is close to Citi Field,
LaGuardia, the Queens Mall, and Flushing Meadows. They have a shuttle
that will take you to the nearest subway station, opening up the rest of
the city for you. The staff was always really helpful. -

Stayed at this hotel because we could walk to the tennis centre. Excellent location. With this hotel you get what you pay for. First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very
friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got
us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route.
They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our
second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City
