in mind that the hotel doesn't have room service, but he went out of his way to make it all work and turn it into a special evening. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... n sheets and pillow (smells like home), clean bathroom. One block away from the bus stop, and it will take you to the subway station in less than 10 m - The beds are confortable. The M60 bus stop is near and then in Manhattan is easy to take the M15 to go anywhere pratically. Close to La Guardia and JFK. The bathrooms are really nice.

he day after we were leaving from La Guardia Airport, so we didn't want to be far away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. Very friendly staff! Our room was very clean and big enough (2 persons).

The staff was courteous & accommodating. I enjoyed having the free shuttle as well as free parking for my family who joined me from Baltimore for my granddaughter's graduation. ! - For nyc area, this was relatively affordable. Pleasant walk through residential neighborhood to some excellent Greek, Italian, and Middle East restaurants. Navigating the subway system (for a couple of rookies) was made easier by the hotel- provided map.
