The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen
tv in the sitting area. There is even an alarm clock that is
iPhone/iPod compatible for charging or playing music from your own
device

They give me a free upgrade because They don't have the room I book. it's really big and I think I was living in a room which had a capacity of 4 people... The staff are really nice!

First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very
friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got
us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route.
They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our
second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City

Käytävien matot olivat tolella epäsiistit, remontti menossa joten jouduimme kantamaan laukkujamme 2-kerrokseen vaikka hissikin talossa oli mutta henkilökunta käski mennä portaiden kautta.
