Everything was marvellous with supreme comfort and meticulous attention to detail. Marlene is a friendly and warm hostess and very obliging. Breakfast was superb. Excellent value for solo travellers.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating to our schedule - even got up to make us a hot breakfast at 6:30 a.m. when normally breakfast starts at 8 a.m. Internet access was free and good.

Auckland Waterfront Apartments were located right on the pier in Auckland at Princes wharf we arrived by ship and litlerally crossed the parking area to the location. The apartment is located in a perfect spot on Prince's Wharf, next to Viaduct Harbour and only a 5 minute walk from Queen Street. The balcony overlooks the harbour and catches the afternoon sun perfectly. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard and has every amenity one could need. There are plenty of choices lively restaurants along the Wharf but they are not so noisy as to disturb a peaceful evening in, enjoying the outdoor space on the balcony.

Fantastic design hotel full of tasteful decoration details. Rooms with all the amenities that you need and personalized welcome notes. Helpful staff, young but very professional. Location very convenient to walk around the main attractions. Complementary continental breakfast with fresh gourmet products. Events in the evening.

Having stayed in Hilton for a night just a few weeks earlier, I now

The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.

I loved the apartments, we had a balcony so the kids could play outside and the trains kept my little boy very happy indeed. It's close to shops, restaurants etc and we didn't use the car once as there was public transport close by..

Have just completed a 5 day stay at the Great Ponsonby Arthotel and am delighted I selected this accommodation.
A convenient 5 minute stroll off Ponsonby Road and the Inner Link bus to the Auckland CBD everything was top notch from the friendly staff, lovely room and common areas and the fantastic cooked breakfasts.

okay. They provide free wifi at excellent speed, that would ensure I

Loved that they cater to special dietary requirements on their in room dining. They are even willing to make you something that isn;t on the menu.

Staff were really helpful - I had to organise some scanning and emailing of documents. The manager was excellent in helping me with this. Very friendly staff. All very clean as well. Rooms comfortable and kitchen well enough equipped to prepare an evening meal. Good washing machine as well -

Staff was great! Room was immaculate! The location is the best! Pick Parnell you can't go wrong! Studio was not spacious but adequate. Did not use exercise room, etc.
