Staff were really helpful - I had to organise some scanning and emailing of documents. The manager was excellent in helping me with this. Very friendly staff. All very clean as well. Rooms comfortable and kitchen well enough equipped to prepare an evening meal. Good washing machine as well -

Friendly and helpful staff. Our luggage was stolen from our rental car
while parked at a downtown car park before we checked in. The owners
were very thoughtful and considerate of our difficult situation. They
even lent our 7 year old some clothes, and made sure we had toothbrushes
and a shaving kit. On top of that the room was spotless, comfortab

A very nice unit in a great location. The neighbourhood has fantastic restaurants. Franklin Road, Auckland's Christmas street is just down the road. We loved our stay there. Very friendly and helpful welcome

Having stayed in Hilton for a night just a few weeks earlier, I now
regret I gave them a fairly good rating. Sofitel is at least one class

The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.

Have just completed a 5 day stay at the Great Ponsonby Arthotel and am delighted I selected this accommodation.
A convenient 5 minute stroll off Ponsonby Road and the Inner Link bus to the Auckland CBD everything was top notch from the friendly staff, lovely room and common areas and the fantastic cooked breakfasts.

Although my room did not overlook the marina, it was very comfortable. Each room has a washing machine and dryer, which was really useful mid way through a long business tri. The kitchen was also very useful, as I was able to have breakfast in my room. -
It was wonderful to have kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very polite and friendly. The location is fantastic and our top floor room was quieter than we had expected considering it is right in the city.
