We loved the friendly atmosphere. The staff were very gentle, kind and helpful. It was kept very clean and tidy. Toilet and shower amenities were wonderful. The bedroom looked and smelt very clean. This place had a very nice atmosphere. It was easy to make new friends, which made it very enjoyable. The hostel is also clean and well kept. Can't complain about the price either.

I stayed here on 2 other occasions staff remembered me, its a great place easy check in and out. Just lovely. Superb cleanliness and tidy free internet good choice of food in area what more do you need :) -

It's still in the process of renovation and most things are already
looking brandnew. Very cheap for solo travellers for a place that is
clean, has lifts, brandnew bathrooms, newly painted rooms with bed,
desk, wardrobe, fridge, rubbishbin, clean and comfortable bedding.

Friendly staff - I was able to check in later when I missed my flight into Auckland at no extra cost no questions asked.
Security Guard Otis was awesome! Made us feel safe and comfortable (especially coming home at early hours of the morning)
Room was more spacious and clean than other backpackers I have stayed at.]

Staff very helpful and friendly, everything worked efficiently in the room, shower, tv, radio, etc. even had a hair dryer. Also it was very quiet, away from city noises. Bed was comfy and I slept well. - Close to CBD

This is a three and a half star property with a 2 star price. I went
through all the reviews before staying here and it is all true - this
property is not a Hilton - but it is very functional and the price is
really good. It is located just of Queen Street (the main street) and is
half way between the centre of the city and "K-Road" the

The hotel has been refurbished and is excellent value for money. Spotlessly neat and clean. Staff at reception and in the dining hall were very friendly, courteous and polite. A variety of meals to chose from for breakfast and dinner, reasonably priced, and well-prepared. Easy access to Sky Tower, restaurants and shopping areas. A lovely experience! Dr Naidoo

Proximity to the city was very good with it being just off Queen Street and therefore in easy walking distance to everything.
Having the option of a shared room with just one other was great, as it felt more secure and less 'backpacker-like' than staying in a 4-10 person dorm.

they have different tours. It has an excellent location. The kitchen is great!!! it is big, clean and you have everything you need for cooking.
