The bed was really comfortable! A massive plus, and the cleanliness overall was brilliant. A few things could have been improved on though. Clean fresh decor, spacious rooms,plenty of storage space. Loved the bathroom size and open layout, with little extra's, great outdoor area for my ground floor suite. No view but out door living area and privacy a surprising bonus! Enjoyed the quiet, lovely location, beautiful views across the harbour. Very pleasant short walk the Bayswater Marina.

The staff are extremely professional whilst still being friendly. Service was great as was the high tea experience. The location takes some beating for easy access to the City attractions. The entry level room was spotlessly clean, a good size for two, very comfortable & well appointed. This hotel really knows a thing or two of service provision & has totally changed my alliance from my usual Auckland 5 star Hotel to the Stamford - can't wait to return – thanks to all.

Everything met our standards and provided the comfort and necessities we
like whilst not being swept off our feet. The staff were extremely
helpful and the location is unbeatable... Walk to everything. Price was
okay. They provide free wifi at excellent speed, that would ensure I

We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us. The few days we were there were very busy in the hotel which gave it a buzz.

We have been on a 7 week trip of Nz and Oz and the Quay West Suites rate the highest amongst all the accommodation we have had. We were very impressed with all the staff from the cleaners to the reception. The suite was comfortable and very clean with a superb view of the harbour. Staff were very accommodating of my 50th birthday girlie gathering. We had booked a three bedroom suite and was upgraded with the extra villa to a two bedroom deluxe suite. Staff were patient and all requests were met with amicably. I would highly recommend your establishment and hope to bring my family there again soon. Thanks for making my special day MORE enjoyable!

1. The purchase of the internet facility was very fair, with a 24 hour fee but with unlimited download capability. A big difference in policy to the Novotel chain in New Zealand.
2.) The breakfast was very good.
3.) The meals at the restaurant for midday and evening were also of good quality and delicious.

The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating to our schedule - even got up to make us a hot breakfast at 6:30 a.m. when normally breakfast starts at 8 a.m. Internet access was free and good.
