We booked the place over the Internet and were agreeably surprised will its central location. It is at walking distance to Square One and close to some eating places and a 24hr Metro. There is a soccer field just at the back, a play area for the little kids, swimming pool, games room and our kids were not bored! Bus stop just round the corner.

Good Value for money. Did not have to pay for thongs like TV and other stuff that we don't need for an overnight stay. Basic clean, quite and safe accommodations. -
It was a nice budget option. Very clean. Fairly quiet. We were comfortable for just crashing for the night. Nice to have our own bathroom. Free parking.

The Spa pool (whirlpool) was excellent, temperature good. easy to access. Gym was clean, and modern, with treadmill, elliptical and weights, which was great. The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

We loved that there was NO SCENT on the sheets or towels. I was able to relax and enjoy our stay without severe asthma attacks while I was there. Please be sure to continue this practice so that asthma and allergy sufferers can continue to travel with ease. Very much appreciated. And Chuck was especially helpful and understanding of allergies

Bed was clean, comfortable, bathroom was basic with shower, towels were
clean.This is a college residence and if you know that prior to going,
you won't have a problem. Two sisters and we enjoyed having our own
bed in our own room. Cheap price, free parking, free breakfast.

I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

pool is heated and very clean! Large shopping mall across the street
