Convenient to city locations, and highways. Good restaurants near by with nice shopping areas. Nice access to Stratford, St. Mary's and Toronto. Jack Astor's is a cool place to eat just around the corner and the service and food was very good. -

After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. We chose the Knight's Inn because he have stayed in the one in Kitchener as well.

The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were
muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly.
Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to
our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the
backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -

They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery. Also, even though I was beside a camping ground, it was very quiet at night. -

The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. We also stayed there a month ago and we left at 430am and I forgot my phone in the room. We noticed it when I dropped my husband off at the airport so I had to go back to get it. They got up for me at 500am to unlock the door for me to get my phone. The man was great about

Was in Windsor for a family wedding, all of my family from Toronto stayed here and were very happy with there rooms,they were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant had a fabulous breakfast.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

The Rainbow Inn is a fun place to stay. The pool was relaxing and we got to see fireworks from the balcony of our room. We have been there several times with friends. Its our favourite Motel next to the Falls and Casino. -
Best value of any Hotel in the Fallsview area. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. We walked to everything! So convenient.
