  We booked the place over the Internet and were agreeably surprised will its central location. It is at walking distance to Square One and close to some eating places and a 24hr Metro. There is a soccer field just at the back, a play area for the little kids, swimming pool, games room and our kids were not bored! We had to extend our stay at short notice and this was hassle free, opti - very nice home setting with many appliances. We would go here again for sure. Nice view from 23rd floor. Enjoyed our stay.

  Good Value for money. Did not have to pay for thongs like TV and other stuff that we don't need for an overnight stay. Basic clean, quite and safe accommodations. - It was a nice budget option. Very clean. Fairly quiet. We were comfortable for just crashing for the night. Nice to have our own bathroom. Free parking.

The Room was modern, renovated, very clean, and very comfortable King bed. Flat screen tv and coffee maker in room were good. Quiet, couldn't hear the road, or the people in the next room. The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00!   We loved that there was NO SCENT on the sheets or towels. I was able to relax and enjoy our stay without severe asthma attacks while I was there. Please be sure to continue this practice so that asthma and allergy sufferers can continue to travel with ease. Very much appreciated.   Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op Lake Rosseau, op centrale plek in Muskoka omgeving. Echt magnifiek. Heerlijk om met gezin te verblijven. Uitstekend resort met goede kamers (met kleine maarzeer goed uitgeruste keukentje waardoor je ook makkelijk op kamer lkunt ontbijten/lunchen), 3 zwembaden, 2 restaurants, tafeltennis etc, en natuurlijk het eige... wat mensen zeggen » n strand aan het meer. Aanrader,zeker voor families. - I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay!   The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

  Het personeel in het hotel is zeer vriendelijk, we hadden een probleem met het toilet bij aankomst, werd ook direct verholpen. Personeel kon ook veel informatie verstrekken over de omgeving en deden dit dan ook graag.
