  Being upgraded to a king jacuzzi after I had an issue with my room was a nice treat. Great staff, excellent customer service! - The room was clean, service was great and the location was perfect for my needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

  We booked the place over the Internet and were agreeably surprised will its central location. It is at walking distance to Square One and close to some eating places and a 24hr Metro. There is a soccer field just at the back, a play area for the little kids, swimming pool, games room and our kids were not bored!   Good Value for money. Did not have to pay for thongs like TV and other stuff that we don't need for an overnight stay. Basic clean, quite and safe accommodations. - It was a nice budget option. Very clean. Fairly quiet. We were comfortable for just crashing for the night. Nice to have our own bathroom. Free parking.

The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00!   We loved that there was NO SCENT on the sheets or towels. I was able to relax and enjoy our stay without severe asthma attacks while I was there. Please be sure to continue this practice so that asthma and allergy sufferers can continue to travel with ease. Very much appreciated.   I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest.
