I am a senior traveler who likes to travel lightly and cheaply. This college dorm suited my needs perfectly. Reasonable, centrally located. A no frills room, a comfortable bed with a clean bathroom nearby. Neill-Wycik College Residence is definitely a budget stay, but there should be no complaints for that. The rooms are small, but well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The location is fantastic and the prices excellent.

The motel is located in a small town approx. 2 miles from Niagara Falls. A perfect location in our opinion - close enough to do whatever we wanted in the city and far enough away not to have the noise and traffic. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was really friendly and they did everything they could to make my stay perfect.
The room is really big, it is actually a small studio with a small kitchen and a sofa.
Great location: really close to Niagara Falls (if you have a car) but far enough from the noisy center.

The room was newly renovated, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and wireless internet. Bed was comfy. An easy-to-get-to, quiet location within walking distance to casino, falls, Skylon Tower, shopping, and restaurants. Really comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. -

Rob, the owner, was very helpful
in describing the events and attractions of the area including a fine brief history of the local economy. I was able to get a late dinner at a local restaurant right on the St. Lawrence River with no problem. The room was spotless and the hospitality shown me was excellent.

I stayed here for one night, and then fulfilled my reservation with the Hilton downtown. I actually liked this hotel more than the Hilton! Better and bigger beds, bigger rooms, a big fridge, freezer and a microwave. WAY better than the Hilton! Will stay here again, no questions asked.
