We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!

Our hostess Meheroo was helpful and friendly, guiding us to wineries,
restaurants and local attractions. The breakfasts were delicious and the
rooms comfortable and clean. The b & b was within walking distance
of the downtown (about 10 minutes) and very quiet. The cool and
welcoming verandah was a lovely spot to sample the wines we purchased
during our bike tour of some local wineries! Would stay here again and

The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so
close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity.
It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very
easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.
