When we arrived and when to check in we were immediately upgraded to a King room at no additional charge.   Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was immaculate and the beds were excellent. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We arrived in our room to find that a small bit of plaster had fallen from the ceiling after a heavy rain the previous night. We alerted the front desk and everything was fixed by the time we returned to the room... what people say » a few hours later. We have stayed at several places in/near St. Augustine and this was by far the best and the best value for money. - We loved the location and the comfort of the room. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the fact that it was close to the St. Augustine Outlets. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning.
