.We used the Motel on a recent short week to visit the St. Augustine area. We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff were helpful and very accommodating and we found our stay to be very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast, huge assortment and well maintained. We certainly would use the facilities again when in the area. Staff was very accommodating.
all reviews » Quiet good value. Great value ,for money , and the free breakfeast. Bed was comfortable. breakfast Was ok, the ice machine Was real close to the room. The location right off I-95 was great. It didn't rain in the room. nothing. Leaving. The facility was very nasty. the bed was nasty. The linen was nasty. The bathroom...nasty. It was so nasty that I wouldn't bring my luggage in. this place was not worth my 109.00. Close to I-95. Convenient location. Location was good. the WiFi was unbelieveably slow. the bagels/rolls were old and hard. Room , little to old , for my taste. The bathroom was terrible. toilet was to low to the floor, door was falling apart and the vent cover was to small for the opening. the room Was dirty specialy the carpet, the zinc Was stocked and dirty the maintenance person came the day after to fix it but still wasnt working properly, the shower tina needed some paint, and there were some floor tiles broken, please take action over this matters. The rooms were very out dated and dirty. A/c in first room didn't work. Moved to another room, the new room the lock was broken. Not a good experience. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but had to take a smoking room for two of our four-day stay. The non-smoking room had no temperature control in the shower. It The first room could not be closed without the sliding key. It had no microwave and no hair dryer. There was a hole burned in the bedspread. the room , tv did not work , had to go to another room , room smelled mildew real bad . blankets had cig. burns on them . Everything. The room had a horrible smell and the wifi didn't work during our entire stay. I won't be staying ever again. everything. Hotel is run-down, large cracks under the door of the room, noise and bugs came in. Wi-fi barely worked, not very clean. Fawcets in bathroom did not work properly. Staff lost my reservation. Why does a reputable company like Ramada allow this to happen?. Filthy, bugs, bath tub was broken amd patched with concrete, bed skirt was filthy, burned and torn from bed, walls were in very bad repair. Sheets were very very thread bare. No one asked about our stay when we checked out. Discusting I could sleep on the street and feel cleaner. Snot on wall and on comforter dirty stained nasty bathtub room was not cleaned and had to beg for towels horrible will not stay again!!!!!.
