  I have never stayed in an Inn where I felt more cherished or appreciated. The owner Michelle and her Inn Director: Julie set the tone of friendliness and accomadation and the staff mirror those values. - This was by far one of the finest places we have ever visited.   Being greeted at the door was just the beginning of a wonderful stay in a beautiful mountain inn . Hospitality was beyond anywhere else we have ever stayed . Beautifully decorated inn and upscale gift shop . The pool area and grounds well maintained and adorned with flowers . The hospitality was amazing and not something you see these days.   Location was excellent - close proximity to everything yet far from the more congested, tourist towns. Small playhouse in town I could walk to for a play. The food was fabulous. My room was lovely, comfortable and I felt at home. The staff were great and accomodating my needs. The small dining rooms and the quaint, little tavern/bar all in the Inn... what people say » . - Everything! We've stayed there in the past, and found the Dorset Inn to be charming; the staff bent over backwards to be helpful; and the food was excellent. The building is an Antique and is decorated accordingly, although the facilities are modern.
