  I thought the hotel was beautiful, if I stay there again I'd try to upgrade to a balcony room. It was summer so the area was off-season and very quiet. The pool was wonderful and the courtyard was a great place to sit and relax. - The main lobby's decor was very welcoming.   Bert serves an excellent breakfast and was very helpful providing hiking info. We relaxed for one hour in the hottub outside and shared one of Berts tastefull pizza's. A good place to stay! - We liked the hot tub barrel...very unique idea! The owner and service was exceptional! The rooms were clean and pretty.

  We stayed in the fall while looking at colleges in the area. While clearly geared for the ski crowd, it was convenient to Dartmouth, and an excellent value. We loved having a suite with kitchen for the price of a hotel room. To get to the supermarket in town was about a 10 minute drive. - Our villa was UNBELIEVABLE!!   Clean, spacious and comfortable room. We enjoyed the beds and nice pillows. The complimentary breakfast was a very nice way to enjoy the beginning of our day. - The location was easy and convenient for our purposes.   I liked the view we had of teh Lake and I thought the staff was friendly and extremley helpful. They stored my sons bike for him in a bagage room that was locked up. We were able to walk to the stores,restaurants and Bars. The cost to park the car wasn't bad 10 dollars and we didn't have to take the car out till we left to take my son to College. ... what people say » I love Burlington I think it's a great town and love all it has to offer! - We took a booking for a room "with lake views". What a view!!! The hotel was well position for all sightseeing and eating establishments. Staff were very friendly willing to help point out the best in Burlington. The Manager was in the lobby on our last day handing out freshley baked pastries-many thanks. Pool and spa were clean and the house staff were fabulous and efficient. Cant fault the hotel or location.

  The room was charming, comforatble, and luxurious, in a separate 8 unit building at the rear of the complex, called the Mill House. It came with everything from a Keurig coffee maker to plush white bathrobes to be used after you hop out of the Jacuzzi tub, and a nice wide flat scree TV. It was finally a facility that had great lighting in the bath... what people say » room so I could shave and my wife could apply her make-up. The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens. Although we didn't have the time to make us - We have stayed at the GMI many times over the past ten years and have never failed to be pleased. The staff are friendly, particularly Jane at breakfast who is our GMI hero - our kids have grown up looking forward to seeing her cheery face. She always remembers us, our dogs, our stories. It's just like home from home and it's immaculately taken care of. We love our visits and are already working on our next one.

  Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe. The heated pool was a hit with it being a bit chilly in the morning, the kids still were able to swim aftrr an early breakfast for the duration of the morning before checkout. They were very nice to actually accommodate us when I had some how booked the wrong dates and also honored the weekday rate and not the weekend date that I thought I booked.
