  Everything - spacious rooms - beautiful pool and gym facilities - great dining room and breakfast. - very friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming.they gave us a club level room with breakfast and evening meal for two days as it was our honeymoon. room was large and very comfortable. would definitely recommend this hotel.

  The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing!   I loved the valet service, they were all so pleasant and friendly. I also loved the location of the hotel to the main strip on Broadway St, very convenient. - The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice addition and the room was of a good size.

  We stay at the Madison every year at least once. The staff is gracious and accomodating. The rooms are truly luxurious and large. The location is excellent--right downtown by the river and walking distance to Beale Street and downtown restaurants.   Everyone was very friendly and eager to help if I had a question. And by "help" I don't mean point and give vague directions, they actually showed me what I was looking for. Clean room, spacious bathroom (a must for a woman!) and a great view of the Parthenon from the window. - Everything, very comfortable and close to alot of attractions
