  This motel was quite a surprise. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk(didn't get her name) was great. A pleasure to deal with someone so nice. The lady that took care of the breakfast room was also great. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling thru the mid west. Would stay there again if we ever com... what people say » e back. This was one of the best places we stay at on our trip of 2 weeks.Some we paid twice as much and those should have been boarded up,,,really - The hotel was 1 block away from downtown. Shopping and restaurants were very close. There were many day excursions to see - Crazy Horse memorial, Crystal Caves, Mount Rushmore and the Nature Drive that will thrill families. The staff were excellent!

  Good breakfast, walking distance to State Capitol, pool looked inviting but didn't have time for a swim - Friendly staff, very accomodating.
