  This hotel was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Everything was very close, the Mansions were right up the street, as well as the Cliff Walk and many restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown Newport was only a few minutes drive, as well. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone who would li - That a ironing board and iron were avaliable as well as a hair dryer, didn't use but it was available, great. Quiet, view of beach. Coffee 24 hrs.in lobby. Breadfast servered at 7am. Plenty of food to choose from. Had a great visit. Everyone very friendly, and the pool was a great asset after spending a few hours on the beach. Awesome!!

  Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.   The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. - We fly into TF Green at least once ... what people say » a year, spending a Thurs. night and a Sunday night at one of the close by airport hotels. This is the 5th one we have tried and is the best for sure.The location to the car rental, the staff, rooms and breakfast are all wonderful. Can't wait to return,

  The rooms were clean and roomy. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at the front desk were kind and polite. The staff at the Bristo were also polite. It feels very nice to have friendly and polite people. I felt welcome. - The staff was extremely kind and helpful in all aspects. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
