Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The
staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the
complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person
complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of
nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes
don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be
located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I
would stay there again. 4

We liked the convenience to the center of Santa Fe. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. All service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Valet service very helpful. All staff was pro-actively making helpful suggestions. Very nice indeed. -

We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.
