The decor, staff, the amenities, the pool, the location, free parking, the front office staff (Aloi was especially helpful). It was the second time we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and it was nice for the staff to note our celebration. It was our 52d anniversary. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed dinner in the dining room. The shuttle to town square was very nice. The fitness room was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was beautiful, and wish we could have stayed longer.
all reviews » Beautiful high end hotel in great location near Santa Fe old center plaza, restaurants and shopping in walking distance (but they have shuttle cars available if you like) Native American owned! Very comfortable and relaxing. Excellent customer service, thoughtful details, super clean and lovely facilities, beautiful and relaxing spa. Within walking distance of the heart of Santa Fe but not touristy. We had a fantastic time and would return again. I really liked the ambiance of this hotel. The hotel very clean and well kept and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to restaurants and the plaza. Staff responded to our requests in a timely manner. They Fixed the microwave, fixed sink and replaced a light bulb. Also changed out pillows to hyper allergic instead of feather. we loved the spa. the hotel staff was very friendly. the shuttle service was prompt and very useful for drop offs and pick ups. a very beautiful place. we will return!. The location, the decor, the shuttle,the interesting western art everywhere, the coffee and tea available on the floor we stayed on. Lovely patio dining area. Great South Western menu.Cofee available on each floor in the morning. The entire hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was very relaxating. The night before we checked out my father got sick and had to spend the night in the er. The next day we were suppose to check out by 11:00 but we had problems getting his meds at the pharmacy. The desk staff allowed my father to stay in the room until we could get his medication two hours later. The hotel was nice - good location, comfortable beds, and ample parking. The flute player was superb. Nothing that I can think of. Nothing we didn't like!. It was all good. I had to give a lower rating for comfort because the bed sagged in the middle (the bathtub effect) where my husband and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. For the price of the hotel, I would expect better mattresses. Didn't stock the room with enough soap and shampoo even though they knew 3 people were staying in the room. Parking is a bit of a mess, better lighting in the parking lot would have put me more at ease when walking to and from my car. That would make the walk seem less overwhelming. No problems ,no complaints. Would like the hot tub to be open until 11pm. Pets are allowed and had a chihuahua barking next door to us. Older style televisions. no late check out experienced power outage. the room was a bit noise and was short on toilet paper. No coffee making facility in the room. I never could get the wifi to work. When we arrived there were dirty dishes outside our room & they stayed there until the next day. When our room was cleaned the dirty half filled coffee cups from the morning were left in the room instead of taken out. The front desk staff was rude - we were charged for something from the mini bar that we did not take and when we called to tell them she was doubtful. She said she would take it off but instead she added it a second time. When I pointed it out she said I was wrong. Her manager stepped in and as I was dealing with the manager (who recognized the problem but was having problems undoing her mistake), she was mocking me to other guests. Extremely unprofessional. No coffee maker or refrigerator in room. The furniture in our room was in need of repair. No fan in the shower area. No door on the sink area which was adjacent to the bed. The steak my husband ordered from the restaurant was tough.
