We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar.   Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times.
