  Professionalism and very knowledgeable front desk clerk. He informed us of all the good stuff like when breakfast was and where to go, even without us asking! It was great. Also, beautiful decor and rooms. Super comfortable bedding and amenities. Will definitely return even though it was a bit far from our main location. Mileage says 15 miles, but... what people say » in my mind we were thinking highway miles. Turns out to be curvy mountain roads, but still definitely worth the drive. - Best shower head ever. Thank You for the grab bar in the shower! Beds very comfy. Great location to see and do lots around the St. Louis area. New and clean everything.

Staff was great and took care of us to the best of their ability on our time schedule since we don't let anyone in our room when we have our pet with us. HA! Great place to stay. - Great hotel for the price. I had a one day stay at the hotel and it was more than I expected. The feel of luxury when you wlk into the lobby was nice. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar. In the morning the manager took care of us and made Us feel good about how things were delt with. Overall the staff and hotel were good for our stay.

  Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times. My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature ... what people say » home and would have been comfortable. - The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool. And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed. It is very convenient for Worlds of Fun and shopping.

  We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room.   Our stay was excellent. It started when we walked in. We were greeted by the bellman and by the ladies at the desk. We were checked in in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were as advertised and were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff kept our rooms spotless during the entire stay. The girls all enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities and - I really love the midnight security gaurd can not remember his name he was so outstanding to all the guess. Our kids he was polite socialable. He made sure if we need anything he will take care of us. While that staff all around was very feiendly.
