  The rooms were nice size, the bathroom spacious, the water hot, thecontinental breakfast was really a full breakfast, but the staff madethe difference! The free use of internet at the 2nd floor (incl printing) was very handy as well. An other 5* hotel where i stayed in the same wk used a fee of $6.-/10 min!   Everything was great - we appreciated the room, the view, the service, the included breakfast, the location, the staff. It was for sure the best choice we could have made in New York (quality and price wise). - I couldn't ask for any more than what i got,i'm very happy

  The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" - The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice! The bar is open til 02.00 and has a smoking area. There is free coffe in the lobby in the mornings, and fresh water and ice tea doing the day. Staff is helpful... what people say » and smiling. All in all it is a really good and nice hotel to stay in. It is quiet at night time, and is therefor both family friendly as group fri - The staff were brilliant. On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

  The hotel is very close to Gran Central Station. It was very quiet, very clean and has been recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. A small hotel but nice and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My daughter and I stayed one night in a budget room so it was small, with bathroom down the hall (sink in the room) but nicely appointe... what people say » d and very well-maintained, and as I said, quite comfortable.   Small quiet hotel, so no queues to check in or out. Great location, close to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre etc,also close to metro line.Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, spacious rooms (401 and 402, both facing the street, but good soundproofing to windows), great showerroom with excellent hot shower, good air con, free wifi and coffee maker... what people say » . Very comfy beds. No facilities, other than the attractive roof terrace, but no problem as excellent diner across road and close to P J Clarkes. Grea - Right at Lexington and 55th, which is a perfect location. Clean rooms, safe, good airco. Comfortable bed, yet a bit small for two persons. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place if you need a place to sleep. No more , no less. There's no hanging out in the lobby and meet up with some people, because there is no lobby/bar. The entrance has a counter and the elevator up.

  We booked a large room and were upgraded to a suite with living room andbalcony. Very nice touch. I would definitely stay there again. This isbeing stated by someone who lives and works in nyc.
