This was our first time staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel but it will definitely be our first choice for the next time we visit NYC. Fabulous staff, perfect location and wonderful facilities. Couldn't ask for more !. I liked the location of the hotel and especially the view from the room of the Empire State Building. I also liked the room and the comfort provided by the room. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Very comfortable bed and great pillows.breakfast room was small. the only point i would make is the room where you got breakfast was very small with only 4 tables and couldnt accomodate the number of people staying.The breakfast was bland could have been more choice availabledisapointed there was no bar facilities. Breakfast area could be improved,a bit small. But selection for breakfast was not bad.WLAN was not free, TV channels had to be paid extra, breakfast area tiny and not very inviting. the price rose by $26 without explanation from booking to checking in. Didnt like the fact there was no lounge area with seating and tv areaand also no bar to sit and relax in would have been good to havesomewhere to sit after checking out of room at 12mid day as flight wasnot until late evening. Elevator quite slow. Very small breakfast room. breakfast - sweet and poor choice. Some of the employees very chatty with each other, even when we would be standing there. very small breakfast room. This is really a budget hotel with a breakfast room smaller in size than a bedroom and only able to seat about 14 people so most including ourselves had to take the limited continental breakfast items back to our bedroom. This was inconvenient because there was only one chair in the room and the bed was too high to use as a seat so one of us had to stand or lie on the bed when in the room. The area is not very pleasant, many people standing around on the street, but don't bother you. noise of the elevator near the room. TV not working properly. The room did not have any air conditioning and it was one of the hottest weekends!!!. Paying for the Wireless Internet. Even cheap hotels do offer this for free!.
