  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)... what people say » , though just a little too far to walk to the town centre. - Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

  It was close to where we were visiting. The Kids, grand kids and great grand kids, all had a great time in the pool area. Kids said food prices in Restaurant where good.   A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient. Or never leave the hotel... what people say » , with so many restaurants right there. Extra points for a Starbucks IN the hotel. And the price was very reasonable. - Located right in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids and withing walking distance of museums, Van Andel Arena, and Devos Place to name a few...using the skywalk ajoining most of these made walking nice during the cold weather.
