  We were late checking in as we were travelling from Niagara enroute Chicago and had suddenly changed plans to make a stopover at Cedar Point. The front desk staff was available to service us. She even upgraded us to a 4 double bed room so that the kids won't have to sleep on a sofa cum bed. As Cedar point would only open at 11 am, we were a bit late getting up and only reached the breakfast area - The location was perfect . It was a short distance fromCedar point, great dining, Seneca caverns, safari park and the beach. The hotel was clean with friendly staff and comfortable beds. I would bring my family there again.

  We did not book directly through Best Western so when we arrived, we discovered our room did not have a balcony but a patio instead. Told the management of our displeasure and they moved us to the 3rd floor the next day. We appreciated the accomodation. Once moved, we were very happy to have a private balcony.
