  The manager and staff at the desk ( Taylor) were great!! Everyone made you feel right at home! Very clean facility, hot tub wAs nice & hot, breakfast was great & they honored our free breakfast vouchers!   Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times. My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature ... what people say » home and would have been comfortable. - The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool. And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed. It is very convenient for Worlds of Fun and shopping.

  Nice and quiet. Central heat so I didn't have to mess with one of those units on the wall. Water was always hot. Coffee in rooms. Water bottle complimentary. Check out time at noon. close to shops and restaurants. - The layout of the rooms was very conducive to relaxing in a business setting, if needed, or the ability to close off the bedroom... what people say » if needed.   Hot tub and pools! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Kept the pool towels stocked which was great! Three rooms were placed close together...yeah! - Ease of checking in and facility was nice. I liked the location and that there was a mini store and liquor store within walking distance.

  My wife and and were well pleased with the friendly staff, cleanliness, and good breakfast provided. It was a nice comfortable well equipped room for a very competitive price. - Loved the relaxed atmosphere of the room and the comfort. The staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was clean.
