  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. We were in a Club Room and the two ladies that helped with breakfast each morning were ext - We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

Extremely helpful in any way they could even shuttling us to Target for razors, etc. - It's conveniently located to Chicago's North Shore.   Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The normal rate for the room was $519… ( For me it was definitely a $200 room but not a $500 room ) Great location one block off ... what people say » of Michigan Ave, and across the street from the John Hancock Building which has a crazy beautiful and expensive restaurant on the 95th floor but also - Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my ... what people say » room. The hotel room was spotless and I had plenty of towels in my room from the start. - we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!
