  Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago, came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back. Nice and safe way to visit Chicago and ride the train. - The rooms are very nicely decorated, with good storage and shower and very comfortable beds.   The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. The free wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent.

The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. This was accomplished and our stay at the hotel was very good. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Highly recommend as a great place to stay as well as a good value.

  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The one cup at a time coffee pot was great but if I had stayed in longer than an hour after getting up, more than one unit of coffee would... what people say » have been appreciated. - I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very interesting but a little bit too much posters.

  Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor." Safety has never really been a concern for me. - The hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was complete. The internet connectivity worked.

  Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby/breakfast area were well-maintained. The Starbucks coffee machine was the BEST!!   The hot breakfast was very nice. Did not hear any highway noise. We did not use the pool but it looked OK, too. It was very close to the Effingham Performance Center which we appreciared. - Wonderful staff. Very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable. Linens and bed mattress very comfortable. Free wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel.
